Fees, Charges and Refund Policy

 

RBTCA will only enrol students who have paid all of the course fees, tuition and textbooks in advance of the Quarter they are attending per the Payment Schedule dates.

Where the student withdraws prior to the Quarter commencing, tuition will be refunded in full. A cancellation fee of $25 will apply.

Where the student withdraws after the commencement of the Quarter, tuition for the current Quarter will not be refunded unless the student has an unavoidable documented emergency that would prohibit them from attending at that time.

Tuition paid in advance for subsequent Quarters will be fully refundable if the student is withdrawing from the course.

In all cases, the cost of textbooks and any other fees are non-refundable, except in the case where textbooks are damaged in shipping.

Students are required to apply in writing for refunds to: rbtca@rhema.org.au 

All applications for refunds will be processed in 28 days from the day of application.
